Privacy Policy

1 – General Considerations
The return of the products purchased at Tita Co. must be communicated through the email contato@titaco.eco.br.
Products returned without this communication, late or in absence of the label affixed to the parts, will be resubmitted without prior consultation.

Refuse to receive the product if:
the packaging is open or defective if the product is damaged or in disagreement with the order. If, however, the product is inadvertently received, if one or more of the above described occurrences are found, please contact us by email within three business days.

2 – Exchange Policy and Returns by Default
Customers Tita Co. have the right to return products only in the event of a defect, according to the Consumer Defense Code. The customer should alert via email about the exchange for product of equal value, at the discretion of the customer, made a reversal of the amount paid for the product, subject to the conditions below.
The product must be in the original packaging, with the label and without any intervention that implies the loss of the exchange guarantee. Important: if it is found that there is no defect, the product will be returned with freight paid by the customer.
Return, exchange and refund will be made within 15 business days of receipt of the product at Tita Co.

3 – Right of cancellation by repentance
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the buyer who purchases online has the right to repent as long as there is a notification within 7 days after making the purchase. There will be a refund of the amount paid for the product within 15 business days. In this case the freight expenses will be paid by Tita Co.
The product should be shipped in the original labeled packaging and evaluation will be made to verify that the product has not been used.

4 – Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process, after receiving the order or product returned. In case of purchase by credit card, the administrator will be informed and the chargeback will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.

5 – Conditions of purchase and payment:
The online store Tita Co. offers payments in boleto bancário, deposit or credit card through the intermediaries: PagSeguro and PayPal.

6 – Terms of delivery:
The products will be delivered to the customer by the Post Office. The PAC is delivered within 10 business days. Sedex within 2 business days.

7 – Privacy Statement
ATita Co. has SSL security protocol that makes the site safe to protect the personal data of the consumer. The data will never be passed on to third parties. The customer has the right to access his or her registration, correct and even delete personal information with his own password.
